Job summary

TECEZE seeks an experienced IT Dispatch and Backup professional to support end users and desk-side operations. The role focuses on IT service management, OS imaging, patches, and hardware troubleshooting across a corporate environment.

You will manage laptop lifecycles, asset inventories, and deploy software via SCCM/Intune. Strong communication and coordination with facilities are essential to ensure continuous service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing IT Service Management operations with End User Computing and Deskside support.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Service Management lifecycle and processes.
• Experience in deploying OS images and patches; familiarity with SCCM/Ivanti/Intune.
• Experience with conference room devices and networked peripherals; coordinating with facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote IT support to end users and clients.
• Manage asset inventory, laptop lifecycle, imaging, and deallocation per regional policies.
• Administer OS installations, patches, and software deployments; ensure security standards.
• Troubleshoot hardware failures, printing issues, and conference room devices; coordinate with facilities.
• Communicate issues and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and document in ITSM.
