Job summary

Southwest Network, Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to assist in deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of the IT environment across multiple sites. You will support PCs, servers, networks, and Microsoft 365, ensuring system availability and security.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field and 2–4 years of enterprise IT experience with 50+ users. Arizona fingerprint clearance and a valid AZ driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related technical field; equivalent combination considered.
• Requires 2–4 years’ experience in an enterprise IT environment with 50+ users.
• IT support experience in PC, server, and network environments; strong Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and PC support knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assists with deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of IT infrastructure (servers, desktops, LAN/WAN, phones, hardware, software, and Microsoft 365).
• Provides user support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Documents and maintains system configurations and performs maintenance tasks.
• Capitalizes on 365, AD, and remote monitoring platforms to perform duties.
• Travels between Southwest Network sites as required.
