Job summary

Southwest Network Company Brand is seeking a capable IT Support Specialist to assist deployment, monitoring and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. You will support PCs, servers and networks, install software, and help ensure system reliability across the organization.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting user issues, documenting configurations, and coordinating with MSPs. Applicants should have 2–4 years of enterprise IT experience, a valid AZ fingerprint clearance, and a driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related technical field.
• 2-4 years’ experience in enterprise IT with >50 users.
• Experience in IT support for PCs, servers and networks.
• Strong background in Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and PC support.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Arizona fingerprint clearance card required.
• Arizona driver's license required.
• Age 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist deployment, monitoring, maintenance and upgrade of IT infrastructure.
• Provide user support and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.
• Document system configurations and security settings.
• Work with MSPs and partners for IT support.
• Install and upgrade software with minimal user disruption.
