Job summary

Summit Line Construction, a Quanta Services company, seeks an Information Technology Specialist in Phoenix, AZ to provide tier 1 tech support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. The role focuses on Windows 11, Microsoft 365, network issues, and device management.

You will troubleshoot across PCs, printers, and mobile devices, and assist with IT policy implementation, inventory, and security enforcement. A fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, ticketing systems, and remote support tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical support and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Provide technical assistance for hardware, software, network, printing, and mobile device issues in person, by phone, or remotely.
• Assist with orientation training in technology equipment and department projects as requested.
• Help implement IT policies and procedures per corporate guidelines.
• Support the IT department's smooth daily operations.
• Maintain connectivity and security of systems/networks.
• Keep an accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources.
• Troubleshoot issues, log problems, and document repairs and maintenance steps.
• Set up workstations, configure devices, and provide network accounts as required.
