Job summary

Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to provide hands-on operational support for core IT infrastructure and supporting systems, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology services for patients, staff, and providers. You will escalate from Help Desk, monitor systems, and assist with maintenance and documentation.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalentIT experience.
Minimum 3 years in IT support, systems support, or infrastructure roles.
Experience in a ticket-based IT support environment.
Ability to troubleshoot across end-user and infrastructure systems.
Follow documented procedures and maintain technical documentation.
Strong communication skills in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain on-premises infrastructure systems, including virtualized servers and platforms.
Monitor system health and respond to alerts for servers, apps, and infrastructure services.
Assist with routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades per procedures.
Support backup and disaster recovery processes, including testing.
Assist with infrastructure projects, optimization, and technology refreshes.
Provide Help Desk support and user provisioning as needed.
Collaborate with IT staff, vendors, and service providers to resolve issues.
