Job summary

I-77 Mobility Partners LLC is seeking an IT Supervisor (Network & Infrastructure) to lead day-to-day IT operations, data center services, and network infrastructure for the project. You will work under the CIO and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure reliable operations and thorough documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science/IT/ Telecommunications, 2+ years in IT operations, strong coordination skills, and familiarity with cyber security and SOX-related

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or similar.
• At least 2 years of relevant IT operations, systems support, or network support experience.
• Experience coordinating work with internal teams, contractors, and service providers; vendor coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates day-to-day IT operations, data center services, communications, servers, desktops, and network infrastructure for the project.
• Maintains business continuity and disaster recovery procedures; supports incident and problem resolution.
• Monitors SLAs/KPIs, documents issues, coordinates actions, and reports on IT performance.
• Manages relationships with third-party contractors, software providers, and support vendors for delivery and licensing.
