GlobalHealth is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our enterprise infrastructure strategy, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable IT services to support health insurance operations. You will oversee servers, storage, networking, cloud environments, data center resources, and infrastructure security, aligning with HIPAA and CMS requirements.

The role requires strategic planning, project leadership, vendor management, and a strong focus on business continuity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or higher in IT/CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure with networks, servers, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Manage infrastructure budgets, licenses, contracts, and tech investments.
• Support audits, risk assessments, vulnerability management, and remediation.
• Develop roadmaps and lifecycle activities for infrastructure.
• Oversee LAN/WAN/VPN, wireless and internet services; ensure HIPAA/regulatory compliance.
