Haemonetics is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Technology Infrastructure to lead strategy, delivery, security, reliability, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure services. You will manage cloud and on-premises environments, including data centers, backup, and end-user technology, while developing a high-performing team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, Veeam, Linux, PDQ or VMware.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or comparable cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure.
• Experience supporting regulated life sciences/healthcare environments.
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure across cloud/on-premises.
• 5+ years in a people-management role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, compute, storage, virtualization, IAM, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience leading IT service management and complex infrastructure transformations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a multi-year infrastructure roadmap aligned with business priorities and cybersecurity requirements.
• Ensure availability and performance of cloud, network, server, storage, identity, collaboration, backup, DR, and endpoint services.
• Establish SLAs, metrics, monitoring, incident response, change and capacity planning.
• Partner with security, risk, privacy, and compliance teams to implement controls and support audits.
• Lead cloud adoption, automation, standardization, and modernization while optimizing cost and resilience.
• Maintain tested backup, DR, and business continuity capabilities and coordinate exercises.
• Hire, coach, develop, and retain infrastructure professionals and define development opportunities.
• Own budgets, forecasts, licenses, contracts, and vendor performance to improve value and reduce TCO.
• Communicate service health and investment needs to technical and non-technical leaders.
• Maintain architecture documentation and governance for reliable delivery.
• Provide executive-level coordination during incidents and drive root-cause analysis.
