Advocate Health Care is seeking an experienced IT leader to direct strategic and operational IT solution development and support across multi‑platform environments. You will oversee data center operations, incident management, and infrastructure monitoring to meet availability and performance targets.

The role requires aligning technology delivery with business goals, driving automation, and building strong teams while managing budgets and vendor relationships within a large healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience directing multi-discipline IT teams and budgets.
• Proven ability to manage complex solution delivery across multiple platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across partners and users.
• Knowledge of change management and IT service governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead Data Center and Enterprise Operations including compute/server, storage, middleware, and monitoring.
• Ensure availability, performance, resiliency, and SLAs for enterprise infrastructure.
• Provide 24x7 incident leadership and coordinate recovery efforts with cross-functional teams.
• Drive IT service management practices and automation to reduce manual effort.
• Develop and mature the operations organization, vendor management, and runbooks.
• Oversee project assignments, training, and adherence to budget and timelines.
