Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT management, systems administration, or related role.
• Experience in a regulated industry, healthcare preferred.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management, networking, IAM, and IT security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure including hardware, networks, endpoint management, IAM, and core systems.
• Manage relationships with IT support partners and vendors for scale and security.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and on-site support when needed.
• Own IT security practices, HIPAA/compliance management, SOC2, disaster recovery, and incident response.
