Job summary

Johnson Health Tech North America is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, networks, and voice. You will drive reliability, security, and cost-effective delivery while mentoring technical teams across company locations.

This role reports to the Senior Director of IT and requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in infrastructure/IT operations, 3+ years in people leadership, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field.
5+ years of progressively responsible experience in infrastructure, cloud, network, voice, systems engineering, or IT operations.
3+ years of people leadership managing technical teams, large group workloads, multiple business priorities, and employee development.
Experience supporting multi-site enterprise environments and leading infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and operational improvements.
Experience supporting and maintaining business-critical systems, including participation in on-call and after-hours support activities.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, support, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, networks, telecommunications, and collaboration platforms.
Ensure the reliability, availability, security, scalability, performance, and recoverability of technology services across all company locations.
Develop infrastructure standards, roadmaps, documentation, and support models aligned with business and cybersecurity requirements.
Drive automaton, standardization, modernization, and cost optimization initiatives.
