Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible technical experience in IT infrastructure engineering or operations.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing technical staff.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure in complex environments, preferably within healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and design of BHCHP’s IT infrastructure.
• Ensure infrastructure compliance with HIPAA and other security standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure systems.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to IT infrastructure team members.
