Haemonetics is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Technology Infrastructure to lead strategy, delivery, security, and reliability of enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will shape a multi‑year roadmap and build a high‑performing team.

The role covers cloud modernization, disaster recovery, budget and vendor management, and partnerships with business leaders to deliver cost‑effective solutions while upholding compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in IT.
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure across cloud and on‑premises.
• 5+ years in people management.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience in regulated environments (life sciences/healthcare).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year infrastructure roadmap.
• Ensure availability and performance of cloud, server, storage, and endpoints.
• Lead cybersecurity, audits, and secure configurations.
• Drive cloud modernization and cost optimization.
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities.
• Hire, coach, and retain infrastructure professionals.
