Job summary

Daymark Health Inc. is seeking an IT Manager to own the technology backbone for corporate and in-market care teams. This hands-on role balances building scalable IT operations with protecting patient data, supporting clinicians, and enabling rapid, reliable care delivery.

You will design and maintain infrastructure, manage vendors, enforce HIPAA compliance, and document IT policies. Travel to regional offices may be required as Daymark expands its footprint while keeping security and service at

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT management or systems administration experience.
• Experience in regulated healthcare environments (HIPAA, EHRs).
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management, networking, IAM, and security.
• Service-minded with ability to translate tech to non-technical colleagues.
• Willingness to travel and adapt in a startup setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure across corporate and field teams.
• Oversee endpoint management, identity and access controls, and network security.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and optimize cost-effectiveness.
• Lead HIPAA compliance efforts, SOC2 readiness, and disaster recovery planning.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, provisioning/de-provisioning processes.
• Provide hands-on support and collaborate with clinical and operational teams.
