Job summary

BEL USA LLC is seeking an hands-on IT Manager to lead infrastructure, security, and support for our eCommerce and business operations. You will manage the IT team, budget, vendor relationships, and compliance (including PCI DSS) while setting standards for a secure, scalable environment.

You will partner with business leaders to modernize our tech stack, ensure high availability 24/7, and drive cloud/automation initiatives across global locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS/Azure) are a plus.
• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years leading teams and critical infra projects.
• Experience with PCI-compliant environments and eCommerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CTO to define and execute IT roadmap aligned with growth.
• Own IT budget, forecast costs, and evaluate tech investments.
• Lead 24/7 eCommerce systems reliability and incident response.
• Oversee cloud and on‑prem infrastructure including networks and devices.
• Manage vendors, MSPs, SLAs, and service delivery standards.
• Develop security and change management policies; enforce access controls.
