Talent Xpanse is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our partner's core infrastructure, spanning network, cloud, on‑prem, cybersecurity, and business continuity. You will serve as the primary liaison with the MSP and coordinate vendor relationships, technology procurement, and strategic projects to support manufacturing, quality, and finance functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing or supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
Experience overseeing MSPs or outsourced technology support organizations.
Experience working with external vendors and procurement partners; multi-site environments preferred.

Responsabilités

Oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations supporting business and manufacturing activities.
Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, reliability, and service quality.
Coordinate resolution of infrastructure-related incidents, outages, and escalations.
Ensure infrastructure services support business continuity and operational objectives.
Review service metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain awareness of infrastructure risks and corrective actions.
