Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT operations, engineering, or related fields.
• Strong leadership of teams and hands-on technical ownership.
• Proficiency in AWS (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS) and cloud cost control.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers, networks, and security tooling.
• Ability to lead audits, security events, and major outages.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT staff supporting infrastructure, applications, service desk, automation, and security.
• Provide hands-on administration and troubleshooting for servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
• Oversee AWS deployments, architecture review, access management, monitoring, and resilience.
• Drive automation via scripting, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Manage vendor relationships and IT projects from planning to post‑deployment support.
