Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Help Desk operations, desktop support, system administration, and technology projects.
• Develop student employees through technical training, leadership development, and professional workforce preparation.
• Provide leadership for Tier 1 ResNet operations and Tier 3 support across critical databases, applications, security, and monitoring systems.
• Represent Housing and Dining Services on campus IT committees and collaborate with central IT partners.
