Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and two years of experience or education.
• Certifications in IT support and broad knowledge of software applications are preferred.
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field preferred; an AS with 3 years experience may substitute.
• Eight years of experience may substitute for a BS degree.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for student tablets, faculty and staff hardware and software.
• Lead daily operations as Lead Worker in absence of IT Manager for Technical Support.
• Supervise staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Facilitate communication and address issues that arise.
