Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• Broad knowledge of servers, virtualization, storage, backup and recovery, networks.
• Ability to lead technical teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for the Platform & Infrastructure team.
• Manage the design, administration, maintenance of servers, virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring, cloud resources.
• Develop standards, operating procedures, service health measures, and documentation.
• Lead infrastructure incident response and problem management.
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, patching, capacity improvements.
• Ensure infrastructure work follows change management and cybersecurity requirements.
• Coach and develop team members; align priorities and drive performance.
• Partner with cybersecurity, workplace enablement, applications, vendors, and stakeholders.
