Citizens Energy Group is seeking a Manager of IT Infrastructure to lead the hybrid enterprise environment, including VMware, Azure, SDN/SDWAN, and storage. You will drive strategy, budgets, and vendor relationships to deliver scalable, secure infrastructure in a hybrid setting.

The role demands 10+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure with strong leadership, and a focus on modernization, reliability, and regulatory alignment. Open until filled with a flexible hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for design, implementation, and operation of enterprise hybrid infrastructure.
• Lead multi-year roadmaps and budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) for infrastructure modernization.
• Oversee security posture, patch management, identity integration, and availability controls in partnership with Information Security.
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery across on-premises and cloud environments.
