McMillan James Equipment Company in Grapevine, TX is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide frontline support for over 200 users across four Texas locations in a Microsoft-centric environment. You will handle end-user issues, manage accounts in Azure AD, MS 365, SharePoint and Teams, and maintain hardware images, AV setups, and basic network tasks.

This full-time role requires 2–4 years of experience and in-office presence.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of active end-user and enterprise technical support experience.
• Experience navigating Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD/Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams.
• Strong communication, empathy and patience when supporting non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• End-User & Systems Support: primary contact for hardware, software, accounts, and network issues across local and remote offices.
• Microsoft Environment Administration: manage accounts and configurations in Azure AD, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics/ERP.
• Workstation & Hardware Management: build and maintain PC images, onboarding/offboarding, device refreshes.
• Peripherals & AV Setup: support printers, scanners, projectors, and room AV systems.
• Infrastructure Support: assist with basic network tasks and disaster recovery under IT Director guidance.
• Operational Continuity: maintain processes, documentation, and independent issue resolution; occasional travel to Austin/San Antonio.
