Job summary

Trinity Consultants in Dallas, TX seeks a full-time IT Helpdesk Support Technician I to join on-site with a dynamic team. You will support Windows 10/11, the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive) and have some Mac OS experience.

The associate will manage user accounts, provide desktop and laptop support including imaging, handle tickets, document IT requests, assist with IT asset management, and collaborate with overseas team members to meet QA & SLA goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; IT experience preferred.
• 1–2 years IT support or help desk experience preferred; strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 apps, and basic Mac OS is expected.

Responsibilities

• User accounts management across platforms including MFA and data archival.
• Provide desktop and laptop support including imaging, device deployment, and on-site/remote assistance.
• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets with timely escalation when needed.
• Document IT requests and tickets; contribute to internal processes and QA/SLA adherence.
• Participate in IT asset management and IT projects such as infrastructure upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT team and overseas members to ensure smooth operations.
• Support special IT projects such as migrations or integrations as needed.
