Job summary

Perkins&Will in Denver is seeking an IT Services support professional to deliver helpdesk assistance, resolve hardware/software issues, and maintain IT services for a design studio. You will collaborate with regional Operations Directors and the Managing Directors group to ensure reliable technology support.

Applicants should have strong customer service, analytical, and communication skills, with a focus on hands-on problem solving and training new staff.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer technology or related field preferred.
• Experience with IT helpdesk and client support is beneficial.
• Strong communication and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk and IT maintenance/support for a studio.
• Coordinate with Operations Directors and Directors group.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage service requests from internal clients and provide timely updates.
• Contribute to knowledge base and training sessions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends.
