You will troubleshoot a range of systems including Windows/Office, AS/400 familiarity, and networked devices, while delivering Tier II assistance and mentoring Tier I staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of AS/400 systems and PC hardware/software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provides support to end users via phone, email, walk-up and web across IT systems.
• Serves as Tier II support and assists Tier I helpdesk technicians.
• Documents, tracks and monitors problems for timely resolution.
• Works with other departments to ensure cross communication and training.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the CMIS manager.
