Murgado Automotive Group in Miami, FL is seeking a full-time on-site IT Help Desk professional. You will be the first contact for technical support across phone, email, and our ticketing system, delivering remote and on-site assistance to keep users productive.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, documentation, and opportunities to improve IT processes, with growth potential through training and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of help desk / IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Detail-oriented with solid organization and communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Certifications or pursuing a degree in IT/CS are a plus.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be the first point of contact for technical support across phone, email, and our ticketing system.
• Deliver remote support using RMM tools and handle desktops, laptops, software, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access; troubleshoot hardware and printer issues.
• Document everything clearly and elevate when needed; assist with IT process improvements.
• Occasionally support after-hours projects or critical issues.
