Job summary

Murgado Automotive Group is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to join the corporate office in Miami. You’ll be the frontline support for users across the organization, handling tickets, and keeping systems running smoothly.

This full-time, on-site role offers growth opportunities, hands-on troubleshooting, and collaboration with a proactive IT team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of help desk / IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset.
• English required; additional languages a plus; detail-oriented and organized.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bonus points for CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, or similar certifications, or for pursuing/holding a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Deliver remote support using RMM tools (ConnectWise Automate and similar).
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, software, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and printer issues.
• Document everything clearly and escalate when needed.
• Spot opportunities to improve IT processes and user experience.
• Occasionally support after-hours projects, upgrades, or critical issues.

What you’ll do
