Job summary

Miami Jewish Health is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide remote and on-site IT support for a distributed organization. You will handle desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and software issues, logging all contacts in Track-It, and escalating complex problems as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience, an Associate degree in computer science or equivalent, and solid knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, Office 365, and network basics.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related experience in IT support.
• Knowledge of Windows, Server, Office 365 and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, and remote access.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and device issues.
• Document all interactions in Track-It ticketing system.
• Escalate complex problems to 2nd/3rd level support as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge base and assets records.
