Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Assist with password resets, account creation, and user management in Active Directory.
• Install, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop hardware.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Track, document, and update support tickets accurately.
• Assist with workstation setups for new employees.
• Support basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
