PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking an IT Operations Technician in Crawfordsville, IN to be the frontline for enterprise IT systems. You’ll support end users and maintain hardware, software, and devices to keep operations safe and productive.

This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, on-site presence, and on-call rotation; evenings and weekends may be required as part of a rotating schedule. Join a team focused on uptime, safety, and reliable IT operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of technical experience supporting end users (computers/laptops, desk phones, mobile phones, printers).
• IT-related associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven accountability, dependability, and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, chat, ticketing systems, and onsite.
• Support remote locations with timely IT assistance.
• Order, configure, deploy, and maintain IT equipment; manage loaners.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and license software and applications.
• Troubleshoot and maintain end-user devices and network gear.
• Create and support user accounts and group memberships.
• Participate in IT projects and on-call rotations; uphold safety policies.
