Job summary

Amrize is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician for our Franklin, IN site. You will provide technical and troubleshooting assistance for computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other tech tools used by Plant Production, Logistics, and IT Services.

Responsibilities include monitoring helpdesk requests, maintaining inventory, onboarding new employees, and collaborating with MSPs and vendors to resolve on-site issues while encouraging safe work practices and adherence to information security

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in an IT-related discipline is required.
• 1-2 years of work experience in IT help desk or similar role.
• Travel requirements: N/A.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements when on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance for computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other IT tools.
• Monitor helpdesk requests and respond quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with MSPs and vendors to resolve on-site issues.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and with employee separation tasks.
• Maintain and develop core IT best practices and manage hardware inventories.
