Job summary

Adheres to safety policies and PPE requirements.
Follows Acceptable Use and Information Security policies.
Uses helpdesk ticketing software to monitor requests and respond promptly.
Coordinates with MSP and vendors to resolve issues on-site.
Supports onboarding and offboarding tasks for employees.
Maintains core IT best practices and inventory of hardware/peripherals.
Promotes safety culture and adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
