TransPerfect in New York City is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist for our NYC office. This full-time role requires 3+ years of experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

You will install and support Windows and Mac hardware and software (printers and peripherals), respond to daily requests, diagnose desktop issues, and document equipment inventories in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of helpdesk/IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS X.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
