State of Minnesota is seeking two desktop support specialists to provide deskside technical support to OSS end users and external users, counties, and the public who rely on OSS applications and services.

You will handle workstation hardware/software installations, configurations, connectivity, upgrades, and maintenance, and respond to incidents via the internal tracking system. Excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• One year of information technology experience or an Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience must include providing help desk support and troubleshooting.
• English sufficient to speak, write, read and understand a variety of communications.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and respond to incidents and requests from the internal tracking system.
• Provision new or refreshed computers and deliver to users.
• Assist with user data and profile migrations.
• Deploy software on workstations and provide installations as needed.
• Assist with inventory management and equipment disposal processes.
