Job summary

Cuisine Solutions Inc. is seeking an IT User Support Specialist I to provide first-level technical assistance to staff across the organization, diagnose routine software and hardware issues, and document incidents in the ticketing system.

Qualifications

Two years of help desk experience required.
Strong verbal and written communication with a customer focus.
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and common software.
Willingness to travel to satellite offices.
On-Call rotation including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Respond to staff inquiries via phone, email, and chat with first-level technical support.
Troubleshoot and diagnose basic software and hardware issues.
Escalate complex problems to higher-level teams.
Maintain records of staff interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Stay up to date on technology and product offerings to provide knowledgeable support.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve support processes and staff satisfaction.
Set up and configure new devices, software, and user accounts.
Assist with basic training for users on company-supported software and applications.
Track and manage hardware inventory.
Maintain and update internal IT documentation.
