Job summary

Harvey Performance Company is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist for our Meridian, ID facility to support end users and manage our helpdesk system. You will install and configure hardware and software, manage assets, and coordinate with our MSP to ensure issues are resolved promptly.

The role emphasizes strong desktop support, ticketing proficiency, and collaboration with IT teams to maintain systems and security.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or another technical field preferred.
• Experience supporting end users in educational, office or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Kaseya, Service Desk Plus, Spiceworks.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure client systems and software.
• Manage helpdesk tickets and provide Tier I support.
• Maintain asset management and server room organization.
• Diagnose LAN/WAN issues and perform hardware upgrades.
• Collaborate with Apex MSP.
