Job summary

Clearwater Analytics in Boise, Idaho is seeking an IT Support Specialist to coordinate, diagnose, and troubleshoot employee IT issues across desktop, laptop, and network services. You will provide first-tier support, escalate when needed, document cases, and help implement standard operating procedures for customer service.

The role requires hands-on hardware setup, inventory management, and collaboration with multiple IT teams to ensure timely resolutions and reliable end-user experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in information technology or IT certifications are preferred.
• Experience with Intune, JAMF and Azure AD is highly desirable.
• Strong Windows and MacOS knowledge with Linux basics.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-tier IT support to employees and resolve simple tickets.
• Respond to escalated issues promptly and professionally.
• Complete tasks supporting IT operations and deliver value-added features.
• Identify reliability issues and assist with system improvements.
• Assist new hires with setup and best practices.
• Maintain inventory including setup of workstations and hardware.
