Job summary

Qualifications

• Handles first and second level IT HelpDesk support for clients including workstation, Office, printer setup and troubleshooting.
• Monitors high-priority issues and escalates to ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintains tickets and supports client appointments and webinars.

Responsibilities

• Provides telephone and customer-facing support for initial fault diagnosis; liaises with customers to ensure resolution.
• Creates and coordinates live webinars and on-demands, including setup and materials validation.
• Updates customer data and produces activity reports; ensures proper recording and closure.
