Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support to internal and external customers, onsite and remote
• Configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, software, and peripherals
• Manage user accounts, email accounts, and file shares permissions
• Maintain system backups and perform restores as needed
• Log incidents and coordinate with others to resolve issues
