Job summary

Tennessee Hospital Association is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to be the first point of contact for staff, troubleshooting, and supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud services. The role involves assisting with AV for events, helping users with Teams and Zoom, and maintaining documentation.

The ideal candidate has an Associate or Bachelor’s in CIS or related field and/or at least one year of experience, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related area.
• At least one year of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk support to all staff and triage issues.
• Troubleshoot problems, research questions, and provide timely answers.
• Support staff with software and online services; assist with Teams and Zoom meetings.
• Assist with identity and access management via Active Directory and Office 365 admin portal.
• Provide AV support for onsite and offsite events.
• Document technical solutions and maintain staff documentation.
