Tennessee Hospital Association (THA) is a not-for-profit association advocating for hospitals and health systems in Tennessee. The IT helpdesk role supports staff with hardware, software, Teams/Zoom, and cloud technologies in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, AV support, and maintaining documentation. Requires at least an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field or 1 year of experience; CompTIA A+/Network+ preferred.

Formación

• Requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role is preferred.
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting staff issues.
• Assist with AV setup for onsite events and conferences.
• Support staff in using Teams, Zoom, and other conferencing tools.
• Assist with Microsoft Office desktop and online apps.
• Help with cloud services including Office 365 and OneDrive.
• Provide identity and access management via Active Directory and Office 365 admin portals.
• Assist Systems Administrator with basic network support and hardware provisioning.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for staff issues and IT systems.
