Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer IT Support calls and log tickets, routing to appropriate teams.
• Triage password resets, remote printer installs, software installs, and user education.
• Create new Active Directory accounts and assist with new user setup.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with corporate policies.
• Pursue ongoing training and contribute to a positive department climate.
