Job summary

Celtic Bank, headquartered in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, is seeking a Helpdesk Admin to provide first-line IT support across the organization. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, configure devices, and support Windows 11, Android and iOS while maintaining accurate documentation.

This role supports security risk identification and escalation, and works with Okta, Active Directory, Intune Company Portal, and patch management tools in a collaborative IT team with

Qualifications

• Experience in a corporate IT help desk or technical support role.
• Understanding of information security risks, patching, and secure configurations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot incidents for workstations, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Document and escalate potential security risks per procedures.
• Image and deploy computers, installing OS and configuring systems.
• Support user accounts using Okta, Active Directory, and Intune Company Portal.
• Provide support for Windows 11, Android, and iOS devices.
• Assist with patching and device management using BigFix.
• Maintain documentation of support activities and configurations.
