• Minimum 3 years of Help Desk experience required.
• Strong Office 365 Administration experience required.
• Passion for IT security, email security, and compliance.
• VOIP systems knowledge considered a bonus.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for client networks including Windows Servers, network infrastructure, Exchange/Office 365 and workstations.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Travel to local client sites (Northshore Boston) for on-site appointments during business hours.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions delivering remote support as needed.
• Maintain and enhance network security measures.
