Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of college completed.
• Two years relevant IT support experience.
• Valid Florida Driver License or must obtain within 30 days of residency in Florida.
• A+, Net+, Sec+ certifications or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must be able to obtain FEMA IS-100.c and IS-700.b certifications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provides primary service desk support for IT users.
• Troubleshoots and repairs end-user computer equipment and associated systems.
• Installs software from images and coordinates new computer deployments.
• Manages accounts in Active Directory and VOIP system.
• Provides on-site and remote support using management tools.
• Maintains IT inventory and coordinates asset audits.
• Supports printers and scanners and peripheral devices.
• Escalates issues to higher-level staff as needed.
