Job summary

Qualifications

Actively pursuing a degree in Computer Technology.
Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks successfully.
Willingness to travel within Seminole County.
Strong knowledge of Windows and iOS platforms.

Responsibilities

Assist with trouble-shooting hardware and software and provide support to internal and external customers.
Imaging, configuring, installing, and repairing computer endpoints and following up with users.
Install Windows and software updates and monitor ticket workflows per SLAs.
Document issues and resolutions for record keeping.
Work in a dynamic IT desk-side environment and participate in trainings.
Support lifecycle replacement projects and ensure timely end-user assistance.
