Job summary

Integra is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to assist employees with computer systems, hardware, and software. You will work remotely and in person at construction sites between Amarillo and Wichita Falls, guiding users through configuration and troubleshooting.

Ideal candidates solve problems with outstanding communication and customer service, and support ConnectWise Manage implementations while coordinating with the cybersecurity team. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 user/group/email/license administration.
• Knowledge of basic networking protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting network issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tech inquiries via email, chat, phone, and in person.
• Provide technical support and maintain workstations in good performance.
• Assist with ConnectWise Manage implementation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity team to deploy tools.
• Prepare new devices or reimage existing devices (about 3 or fewer per week).
• Maintain inventory in the tracking system.
• Provide answers by identifying problems and guiding clients through steps.
• Document updates to improve client references.
• Support client training by identifying learning needs and language suitability.
• Recommend devices to accommodate disabilities.
• Suggest changes to improve system performance.
• Update knowledge through education and networking.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
