Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-line support across our service area in Ohio. The role includes account management, software installs, device provisioning, and proactive maintenance in a Windows environment.

Travel to offices throughout the region is required. A+ certification and a related IT degree or equivalent are needed, with 3+ years of helpdesk experience and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or technical school or equivalent IT certification required.
• A+ certification required.
• At least 3 years of helpdesk experience in a Windows environment.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong desktop support and hardware/software troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level troubleshooting via phone, chat, or in person.
• Resolve tickets in a timely, customer-friendly manner.
• Manage user accounts: passwords, unlocks, groups, creation, deactivation.
• Document all interactions in the helpdesk system.
• Install and configure software for end users; test fixes.
• Perform preventative maintenance on endpoint devices and build/rebuild devices.
• Travel to multiple offices within the service area.
