RQ Construction, LLC is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to support staff from our Virginia Beach office. You will diagnose and resolve issues across hardware, software, and networks while adhering to DoD cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities include ticket queue management, equipment deployment, onboarding new hires, and coordinating technology setup at both office and field locations. Collaboration with IT colleagues and vendors is essential to ensure secure, reliable technology

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three–five years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ or Microsoft preferred.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or design environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day technical support across hardware, software, and network systems.
• Manage ticket queues and coordinate issue resolution.
• Deploy and maintain equipment; onboard new hires.
