Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology preferred.
• Microsoft or similar entry-level IT certification preferred.
• Experience in help desk, desktop support, or technical support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for IT assistance via phone, email, remote tools, or in person.
• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely, professional manner.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and network issues.
